OVR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Of OvR ride, LLC (“OvRride” or “OvR”)

While we strive to keep our trips as planned, all trips are subject to change or cancellation due to force majeure including but not limited to changes in weather, road conditions, mountain conditions, demand or Acts of God. We will always attempt to send as timely an email as possible to all ticket purchasers with any changes in schedule.

ALL GUESTS MUST ADHERE TO THE OvRride COVID POLICY.

ALL MINORS (GUESTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE) MUST HAVE A WAIVER SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AND A COPY OF THAT PERSON’S PHOTO ID. ANY GUEST UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. ALL THOSE MAKING RESERVATIONS WITH OR ON THE BEHALF OF GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST AGREE TO THE OvRride AGE POLICY.

Anyone who has not purchased a ticket in advance of a trip may board the bus at any stop and ride to the last stop. If there is space available after the last pick up location you may purchase a package on-board pending availability. If OvRride is unable to secure a mountain product(i.e. lift ticket, rental, and/or lesson) you may still purchase a Bus Only package and you would be responsible for reserving your own mountain product.

OvR Ride, LLC expressly reserves the right to alter our departure and/or arrival times. We will always attempt to notify all passengers of any changes in schedule. All riders will be notified 12 hours prior to departure by email if any changes in departure/return time/location have been predetermined. If you do not have access to emails for the 24 hour period proceeding your trip, be sure to check www.ovrride.com for changes or Follow us on Twitter for real time updates.

Anyone who does not show up for any confirmed “Day” trip at the stated time and place of departure will be subject to OvRride’s Cancellation Policy. A day trip is defined as any trip that begins and ends in the same 24 hours.

All requests to change or cancel a reservation MUST be received in written form at our guest services email: info@ovrride.com

Although we always do our best to accommodate requests, to be assured your change in reservation can be processed, please send this written request via email per the timing guidelines outlined in OvRride’s Cancellation Policy. Anything after the outline timing guidelines will only be accommodated as a courtesy when we are available to respond to it.

Anyone who does not show up for or cancels any OvRride “OvRnight weekend” trip less than 2 weeks before that trip is scheduled to begin will forfeit 50% of that trips cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of any “OvRnight weekend” will forfeit 100% of that trips cost. Please understand this policy exists due to our need to abide by the cancellation policies of our lodging, transportation, and mountain service partners whom often cannot respond to cancellations within those given periods of time. An OvRnight weekend trip is defined as any trip that occurs within a 2-5 day span in which OvRride provides ground transportation to and from. If airfare or other means of transit are required the 2 week policy will not apply (See below).

All OvRride trips that require or contain airfare within the continental US of as part of the trip’s package must be cancelled outside 30 days before travel. Any refunds offered within the 30 day time period of a trip including airfare, would only be offered if available with our third party partners (such as airlines) and within those partners’ guidelines – not guaranteed.

All trips that include travel outside the continental USA require a 60 day cancellation to assure any refunds can be processed. Any refunds offered within the 60 day time period of a trip including airfare outside the USA, would only be offered if available with our third party partners (such as airlines) and within those partners’ guidelines – not guaranteed.

OvRride maintains the right to depart any location at our scheduled times listed. If you are not aboard the bus we may be forced to leave you behind. Although we always check with First Aid before departure from the respective mountains we visit, it is your responsibility to be on the bus at or before departure times.

OvRride maintains the right to deny the use of any/all OvRride services without refund at any time based upon egregiously inappropriate, offensive, dangerous or malicious behavior. No Firearms or explosives will be allowed on any OvR trip. OvRride expressly reserves the right to change our policies without prior notice. All OvRride products are Non-Transferable without prior notice and permission by OvRride. By making this purchase you understand that OvRride LLC provides access to potentially hazardous activities and you hereby agree to indemnify OvRride LLC, its subsidiaries, officers, and employees from all liability for any injury or death that may occur to you or the minor for whom you are responsible on any OvRride trip.

Injuries – On-mountain injuries and medical care are provided by each Resort itself. It is important that you fill out the OvR waiver completely so that we have valid emergency contact information for each passenger. OvR will deal with injured passengers on a case-by-case basis. If you must be hospitalized we may not be able to provide your transportation home.
